Just wanted to drop a quick self-promotion, but with the best of intentions. As many of you know, I’ve been an avid runner and health freak for a long time and over the years I’ve concocted some key learnings to staying motivated. The way I do it isn’t for everyone. However, I do believe there is a way for everyone.
Myself and a few other health seekers have bylines in the recently relaunched monthly FitITproNews. My goal there is to help those that struggle with balancing life, work, and health. It can be difficult, for sure, but the hope is that there’s at least a sliver or a nugget that can put you on your own path to physical enlightenment.
